I LOVE helping providers (and supportive staff) create more effective and efficient systems in the back-end of their business so they can focus more of their attention on their patients/clients. This offering if a more intensive multi-month offering where I come in, clean-up, train staff and pop out.
Are you a healthcare provider who is looking to switch to Jane App? Or maybe you already use Jane App but feel like your strategies and systems within Jane need some fine tuning. I LOVE this stuff.
I have been using Jane since 2019 within my own practice. I billed to insurance for over a year (through Jane and Office Ally) before transitioning into a cash-based practice. I have supported various other practices with their billing strategies within Jane as well.
Jane can be a bit of a learning curve when switching from other EHR platforms but it is SO worth it (in my opinion). Once you have it set the way you like it, it can work FOR YOU AND YOUR STAFF.
This container is month to month for as long as you and your practice need support. We will meet for 1 hour each week and you will have ongoing access to me between each call. This offering is meant to support you and your staff in a way that creates more ease within your practice and ultimately prevents burnout for the entire office!
At this time, I am only offering this service to Chiropractors,Physical Therapists, and Acupuncturists who use Jane App.
